Based in the Thames Valley, I have an International background in HR having worked previously for Motorola and Epicor Software in senior positions. I started my own HR Consultancy in 2018 and am a Fellow of the CIPD.
As a generalist I have broad experience and like to use that experience to support organisations in transformation work through consultancy or interim work.
I particularly like to embed a strong HR foundation, often implementing operational excellence to create structure and consistency.
I'm also a keen developer of others and find talent management and development activities really rewarding, often utilising my NLP training.
I've project managed and implemented a couple of systems - HR, ATS and LMS and enjoy the variety (and the technical bit!) along with more regular HR projects. Experience with Ciphr, HiBob, Personio, Mentor and others.
